
Saute chicken with Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil, garlic, salt and pepper.
Add sage and let it fry alongside the chicken.
Add chicken stock, zucchini , squash and thyme.
Cover and let cook until the zucchini and squash are soft.
Sprinkle a little salt pepper and sage on top.
