 Italian Pork Sausage, decased
 2 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 Mushroom, sliced
 White Onion, chopped
 4 cups water (enough to fill pot 3/4)
 2 cups Lentil
 Savoy Cabbage
 Lacinato Kale

Cook sausage in olive oil.

Take sausage out of pan and deglaze the pan.

Saute the mushrooms and onion, add water and let boil.

Add lentils to boiling water.

Let them cook about 20-25 minutes.

Add cabbage and kale.

Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
