Thyme springs
Canola oil
Ribeye steak

Saute shiitake mushrooms in oil with thyme. Remove from pan when cooked (leave thyme).

Add more oil to pan, and cook the ribeye 2-3 minutes each side. Add mushrooms back to the pan.
