Tantillo Recipes

 1 package Tantillo Artisanal Paccheri Pasta, 1/4 cup pasta water reserved
 1/4 cup Anchovies
 Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 2-3 cloves garlic
 1/2 cup white onion
 1-2 tbsp capers
 1 can Tantillo Diced Tomatoes
 2 tbsp Italian Flatleaf Parsley
 1/4 cup black olives

Cook pasta al dente, about 10-11 minutes.


Add anchovies to hot Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Saute garlic.


Mix in white onions, capers, Tantillo Diced Tomatoes, and parsley.


Next add black olives with some pasta water and cooked pasta. Plate and enjoy!
