Pasta & Fava Beans

 1 lb Tantillo Artisanal Fusilloni Pasta
 6 fava beans, beans removed
 handful sugar snap peas, beans removed
 fresh mint leaves
 pecorino cheese, finely shaved
 salt to taste
 1/2 tbsp lemon juice.

Cook Tantillo Artisanal Fusilloni Pasta according to directions on package. Blanch fava beans for a few minutes. Strain beans and add to an ice bath, remove casings.


In a pan heat oil and add beans, then add sugar snap peas and Tantillo Artisanal Fusilloni Pasta. Sauté together and mix in fresh torn mint.


Shave pecorino on top. Buon Appetito!
