
Cook whole wheat spaghetti according to package directions. Reserve 1/4 cup pasta water.
Saute mushrooms in brown butter sauce. When they begin to lightly brown and become aromatic, add sage.
Once everything in the pan begins to emulsify, add the cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water.
Let everything lightly simmer for 2-3 minutes.
