Sausage with Savoy Cabbage & Pasta

 3-6 sausages
 1 head savoy cabbage
 1 cup white wine
 3 garlic cloves
 2 backyard tomatoes
 1 lb gnocchi shaped pasta
 Salt and pepper

Blanche cabbage in boiling water.


Reserve water to cook pasta.


Cook sausage with backyard tomatoes. Add white wine and garlic, simmer until sausage and garlic are cooked. Add cabbage and pasta, toss until miss together. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
