 Onion, chopped
 Garlic, chopped
 Carrots, chopped
 1 small can Tomato paste
 1 can Diced San Marzano tomatoes, 1/4 cup reserved
 2 cups water (add more as needed)
 1 cup Wheatberry
 1 can Pinto Beans
 1 tbsp Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Carmalize onions, garlic and carrots in pot.

Add tomato paste and San Marzano tomatoes.

Next add water, wheat berry and pinto beans.

Let simmer 20-25 minutes.

Top with extra diced tomatoes and Tantillo California Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
